so stupid that they work only till 8pm on weekends. + it’s dusty everywhere on equipment. the vacuum cleaner guy walking in the middle of the gym, but all the dusty spots are left untouched. just a suggestion: check treadmill fans and dust all the machines in gym. tanx!

Update!!! Bathroom well maintained sometimes can be dirty but that's normal as it is used everyday. They have been refilling the paper towels it seems. Quite a few changes I have seen and that's a thumbs up for me. I have been on this gym for a couple of months now and this is my review. I love the heavier weights and there is a variety of equipment that you can choose from which is fantastic. Cleanliness? I just hope they clean the area at least once or twice a day cause the disabled bathroom just stinks of dried pee even until now. The smell just stays. Some equipments have not been replaced since I started and just imagine how much per month we pay for this places. I love that they have separate areas for women, cardio’s, free weights etc. it’s getting quite annoying listening to drake songs over and over lol. Most of the receptionist are girls who doesn’t do anything and just stay in there cute cubicles with their computer even though the bathroom is dirty and the soap dispenser has not been refilled. Managers or however you call them is not really engaging. I hope whoever is higher ups will see the reviews here on google as there seems to be a lot of negatives. They put so much money on advertisements but they should put more money on how they run the area.

Signed up couple of years ago so I can use the sauna. Lately sauna is always busy and there is no way to reserve it in the app so I have wasted a ton of time getting there and leaving because it’s not available for use. Some members put their name and then show up way later expecting it to be empty. Canceled my membership because it’s a waste of time. Ladies fitness is also not the cleanest

I visited Gold’s Gym with the intention of signing up. I was genuinely excited to start working out and become part of the community. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk with their staff Margarita was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly, and even lied to me multiple times during our brief interaction. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I didn’t even end up seeing the gym because of it. As someone new to the area, I was really looking forward to finding a great gym to call home, but this experience left me feeling disheartened. Margarita provided me the worst customer service I have ever received i certainly hope this is not how all golds gym employees treat their customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great location that is easy to access from the highway. The staff were friendly upon arrival and were happy to show me around. They have a good atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable. The facilities were new and clean. I can say the same about the equipment. They also have a steam room and an infrared sauna in the change room for after workout. The also have massive TVs if the game is on. I really enjoyed my workout here.
