I highly recommend this fitness center. The facility is well-equipped, efficiently eliminating any wait times for machines. The entire team is courteous and professional. I would particularly like to commend Alanna, who managed my intake process. She provided comprehensive details regarding my membership and exemplified a high standard of customer care.

Spoke with Mariam and she was so helpful, informative and friendly. Her expertise and kindness really sold me on this gym even though I was currently with another gym. I dont mind paying my last months membership at my other gym + this one for a steal of a deal promotion & membership (80% off sign-up fee). Mariam was so informative about the membership options/perks that I went with the Platinum one (includes tanning, red-light, private work-out area and so much more). She covered what seemed like all of the topics and perks Gold's Gym offers in such a precise, professional and timely manner. I live in a different area but both Gold's Gyms are immaculate. Equipment looks new and is high quality. Staff at both locations are amazing (especially northgate) and I cant wait to check out all locations in Calgary/Alberta. Thank you!! I LOVE this gym! 💪🏼

I stated at this gym a few weeks ago as the gym I was at previously was shutting down its child minding services. I love that the child minding here has way longer hours, meaning I have more flexibility around when I come and work out. My two year old has so far loved playing here - Oksana is so kind and excellent with the kids. I also find the gym not very busy at the times I come to workout. I have no trouble finding equipment (there’s so much). People are also very polite here and clean up after themselves. Mariam and Maria at the front desk are so wonderful too! They have made the sign up process seamless and have been able to answer any questions I’ve had. Their customer service is top notch. I’m always greeted in the mornings with a smile! I have also communicated with Narinder a few times and he has always been very receptive and responsive. I love that there is a ladies only section too. It’s a bit smaller but has all the essentials. Anything else I need I can find in the platinum or co-ed sections - there’s an abundance of space! Overall the switch from my old gym to Golds was excellent and I can see myself working out here for a long time! I highly recommend this gym, especially to busy parents!

Excellent gym with a great atmosphere and top-quality equipment. I’ve been a member for years and truly appreciate the convenience of the 24/7 access. Maria and Alanna at the front desk consistently provide outstanding customer service—professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure members have a positive experience. Their dedication and friendly approach make a real difference. Highly recommended 👌

I'm a super anti social anxious person! , but mariam was there to support me and guide me through everything, showing me around and supporting me.. I don't think I would've come around if it wasn't for her. Her kindness, patient and guidance was exactly what I needed.. if you're ever scared to go check it out don't be! Ask for mariam and she will make you feel extremely welcomed and taken care of ! Absolutely adore her!
