First Month at the gym and happy I joined! Childcare options are limited or not available in other gyms but Gold’s has both am and pm options which has been a blessing! Lerosh who helped me sign up was awesome and provided all the information needed and made sign up EASY. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a child friendly place.

Grace at Glad Gym is amazing! She is always friendly, helpful, and very professional. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable at the gym. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stand out. Grace is always ready to help with a smile. Glad Gym is lucky to have such a great worker!

My experience at Gold's Gym Country Hills has been outstanding. This is easily the biggest Gold’s Gym location in Calgary, and the space truly stands out. The facility is huge, and the high roof throughout the gym gives it a completely different and open training atmosphere compared to typical gyms. The newly updated Platinum Room is a highlight. It’s equipped with some of the best Gym80 equipment, and the training experience there is top tier. If you appreciate high-quality strength equipment, this section alone makes the gym worth it. Beyond that, the rest of the gym is extremely spacious with plenty of areas to train comfortably. What really makes this location special is the team. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve come across. The manager, Mr. Jeril, is incredibly welcoming and always checks in to make sure members are satisfied. His approachability and positive attitude make a big difference. I also have to mention the associates Lithin and Lerosh. They’re always attentive, quick to help, and never miss a chance to greet you or start a friendly conversation when you walk in. That kind of personal touch really elevates the experience. Great team, great location, and some of the best equipment in the world. ⭐ 5/5 — Highly recommended. 💪

The gym is great with good equipments. I enjoy my workouts daily here. The free coffee is amazing too. And finally, I would like to thank the staff, Lorish for the great support in answering all my inquiries. He also suggested the platinum membership and showed me all the features. The gym chair is great. Will definitely think about his recommendations.
