I used their services several times. The first few Electrician did a great job in a timely manner. Fred did the last 2 jobs job that left me very disappointed. I required simple in cabinet lights.to be installed. Fred purchased lights that I didn’t want. He was excited to show me how I could have several coloured options to choose from plus having other options. They came with small controls. After using the white colour choice for few weeks, I had no ability to make my selection but ended up with a strobe light show . I no longer could use the hand control s. The lights would turn on & off by themselves day & night. It was a nightmare. My mistake was not letting him no that the lights were faulty from the beginning. The following year I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. so I contacted them .I had a problem with 2 bathroom timers not working & I said it’s not the fan but the timers. He ignored this point . Fred removed the fan covers & vacuumed the lint out. He turned on the timers which worked. Fred l didn’t stay long enough to see if the timers stayed on. He said the issue wasn’t the timer but dirt in my fans & if kept them clean they would have longevity. After he left , I I set both timers on maximum . Within a few minutes they stopped. The fan timer in the powder room stopped working after a few months. I could only use the timers set to the minimum time. Recently the timer in the main bathroom stopped working. Fred is a lovely guy although his arrogance & lack of communicating was the issue I had with his services. I know I should have contacted the company but this but I felt too angry to do so. I won’t be using their services again .

Fred from Croatia was our technician today. He arrived on time. He quickly gave us a verbal estimate. He finished the small jobs within the time frame...He had to come back to replace a faulty breaker and did it in jig time as well...He was courteous and efficient. He will be our electrician whenever we need assistance. Gold Leaf Electrical is a good company . They do not overcharge like some companies and individuals. It is nice to have a company that has a proven track record in the city. Give them a call!

Excellent end to end. Fast response to our call. On-site was professional and fixed our mystery problem in no time flat. Based on our first experience we had Golden Leaf come out again to install a new ceiling fan in a rather tricky area - no existing outlet etc. It was done quickly and perfectly. Really impressed. We are having them back for our kitchen remodel. Why? Be crazy not to.

Excellent service and work. I contacted Golden Leaf Electrical early yesterday morning and they were able to send someone out later that same day. We had them repair an outlet in the kitchen that stopped working. They did an amazing job and left the work area clean and charged a fair price.

I needed help on two different occasions for small electrical repair jobs. I am so happy with both results. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and was able to diagnose and fix both issues quickly. As a senior living on my own I felt extremely confident that the job would be estimated fairly and done professionally. After my initial contact with the company one of my jobs was done on the same day I called in. I also want to mention that I really appreciate that this company will do smaller jobs. From my first call to Golden Leaf to the completion of the job it was a great experience and I was kept in the loop from start to finish. Oh.....and a great seniors discount!!!
