Tried the automatic car wash, horrible experience, and the quality is your worst nightmare, look at the pictures for yourself, this is after 15$ car wash

What’s the point of having a 247 car wash that has horrible lighting? Its such a cheap thing to fix put bright let lights there so people can actually see their car while washing it in the evening especially right now in the winter it’s dark by 5pm

Came for a pressure wash on my car after a road trip it was quit dirty btown on white.i paid for a basic auto wash .i was not expecting perfection by any means but your wash left 2 huge dirt strips along each side of my car. When i tried contacting you (email and your website contactus) over the issue i was met with silence. I don't recommend use this automated wash at this facility it wont clean your vehicle

I went to this self serve car wash to rinse away the dirt of my car. I scanned my credit card and pressed the rinse button. Nothing happened. The screen of the machine is blurred that you cannot read what it displays. Suddenly, there was water. So I rinsed my car for around 3 minutes and left. It was supposed to be $3. After I went home and checked my bank account. Go wash charged me $10. $10 for a 3 minutes rinse? Horrible!

I only used the self service wash bay. I am not a fan of Automatic wash anyway. Self service wash is great you got many options to select. Pressure gun and the form brush is in good condition and easy to use. Payment and the charge is a bit confusing anyone trying this for the first time. It’s a Pre-Authorized amount of 10$ and the minimum charge is 3$ (even if you used it for 1 minute). See the image from their website how much they charge for minutes you use. And if you didn’t fully utilize the entire 10$, balance will be refunded.
