We recently had the most incredible experience at The Glow Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, and I honestly wish we had brought our 9-year-old daughter here sooner. Dental visits have always been really hard for us. It usually takes her close to 20–30 minutes just to adjust to a typical dental office environment, and even then, it’s often a struggle filled with anxiety. But from the moment we walked into Glow, everything felt different. The office itself is warm and welcoming. The staff greet you with genuine, bright smiles. The walls are painted so creatively that it immediately captures a child’s imagination instead of letting their anxiety take over. There was an age-appropriate movie playing, soft carpet underfoot, and toys available to help kids feel comfortable. You can tell they’ve thoughtfully considered every detail. And it didn’t stop there. Once we were in the cleaning room, Stephanie (the hygienist) was like the warm hug of a kindergarten teacher. She was so gentle, relatable, and patient with our daughter. No one rushed her or pressured her for answers. When she showed signs of discomfort, Stephanie calmly tried new approaches without ever making her feel like she was being “difficult.” They even changed the TV to a Netflix movie she liked and gave her a stuffed animal to hold for comfort. Those little touches made such a big difference. The dentist was equally wonderful. He pulled his mask down briefly so she could see his warm smile and know he was kind. He moved slowly, explained things patiently, and made sure she felt safe the entire time. For the first time ever, after a dental visit, our daughter turned to us and said, “This is where I always want to go from now on.” That moment meant everything. If you have a child who struggles with dental anxiety, I cannot recommend Glow Pediatric Dentistry enough. It has truly been a game changer for our family

We have been going to Glow dentistry since Dr Fran is there. He is just awesome. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. There are two times when we need him — one time over the weekend— he helped us and responded to all the messages I sent him so quickly and was willing to come to clinic on the weekend if my daughter’s pain did not subside. Second time we were in Ontario over the Christmas break and my child’s spacer came off. I texted him and he replied and guides me on what to do. I am very greatful for his help, time and support. Highly highly recommend him.

My 8-year-old son has been seeing Dr. Fran and Hayley for over a year, and they completely changed his view of the dentist. He used to be very anxious, but the staff made him feel safe and comfortable. Now he actually looks forward to his visits! Fantastic team, 10/10!

Front staff was kind and welcoming. My daughter can be overly shy…the hygienist did a fantastic job in trying to make her feel more comfortable during the cleaning and the X-rays. The dentist was equally as awesome! We will be coming back here for regular appointments for both of my children. After we left my daughter said she loves the dentist!

This was our first visit to Glow Pediatric Dentistry. Both of my children were highly anxious prior to the appointment but the dental assistant Stephanie was amazing with both of them. She explained everything she was doing, she allowed for breaks whenever they needed them and she was very understanding and compassionate. She problem solved when they had trouble with X-rays, no issue felt like an inconvenience to her, she just worked through it with us and didn't make either of my kiddos feel 'less-than' for having big feelings. The dentist was great too, but I can't say enough about Stephanie, just phenomenal
