I went to their studio last day and i had worst experience of my life ever. My appointment was at 6:00pm and reached there exact at 5:55pm and I showed them the pictures how I wanted to get my nails done, he said okay then Their employee was using phone almost first 20 minutes. They didn’t give me the some shape and height I wanted, they didn’t have the same colour I wanted and at 7:00 pm he said we’re close now and didn’t finish nails. I said okay can I come tomorrow just to finish designing and the owner said no we’re busy we can’t do it tomorrow. First time in my life my nails are paining a lot since yesterday and owner was blaming me for everything. Literally not going there again in this life so frustrating and they are expensive too compared to other places, I paid $75 for these, I have attached both the pictures( what I wanted and what I got)

It was my first time visiting Glossy Nails and I was extremely impressed with the service. I gave my technician Snow a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it perfectly! Was a great experience!

I decided to go to Glossy nails and see Snow by the recommendations of a few. I'll say I was left very unimpressed. The nails themselves look good but this is the first time in like 20 years that I have gone to get my nails done where they have not bothered to clean up my cuticles. I paid $75.00 for this and with the cuticles looking they way they do, they look pretty bad. I'll post pictures below. Unless Snow was having a bad day, I definitely would not recommend her or Glossy Nails. Now I'll have to spend time trying to clean them up myself without messing them up 😢 The folks that gave me this recommendation are a bit embarrassed for suggesting it now. That's too bad Does this business take responsibility for any of it's shortcomings or does it just blame it's clients? Every single negative review I see here, the business blames the client. I've been getting my nails done for OVER 20 years and this is literally THE ONLY TIME that a salon HAS NOT cleaned up my cuticles. Instead of apologizing you blame me? Really?! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I'll make sure to let the world know not to go to your business. Just because of this unprofessional responses, I've changed my rating to even lower.

This salon is amazing! The person that did my nails is awesome. I believe her name was Snow. She was very patient on making sure she met my expectations. The place was so clean and looked refreshing. Highly recommend ♥️

Nice salon but prices change once you sit in the chair. Charge 300 for manicures and pedicures. As I was told the price over our phone conversation before coming to the salon. They charged the kids 75 each. Also my boyfriend had no polish but got price the same amount as my nails. Rush services, they want you in and out as quickly as possible. Looks like a kid painted my nails clearly in the picture the lady doesn’t know how to paint nails. The polish was lumpy and thick. In a result of someone rushing to get me out of the chair or the lack of experience. Two day updated: nails are polish chipping with such a layer of nail polish done, to respond to his comment, if someone can spend hour and half on me alone. How is my nails done so poorly. My nail is not smooth as you can see in the picture. Polish Nail is still on my skin. That what you call taking your time.
