Very disappointing experience. The towel used smelled unpleasant and did not appear properly washed my face was burning after facial. which raised hygiene concerns. More clearly requested a small trim, but the stylist ignored my instructions and cut my hair far shorter than expected, When I tried to express my concern, the staff responded rudely instead of addressing the issue professionally. I don't even think they understand english. WASTE OF MONEY

I had a very good experience in glitz salon spa & laser, I took service of haircut & threading, and the haircut was amazing. I am totally satisfied with their service.also both the staff and the owner were friendly they treated me very well. I will surely go there for another service soon. I recently visited glitz and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The stylist Manjit and owner kalpana really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect Botox,colour &cutting and facial. place was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated the little details like offering tea and making sure I was comfortable the whole time.I left feeling confident and refreshed — I’ll definitely be coming back! I will highly recommend this place everyone should visit. They offer so many other services as well … once again thank you

I always get my services done at Gliz Salon Newton from Harjeet, and she does an amazing job every time. I get laser, facial, and other services from her, and I am always very satisfied. She is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable, like I am with my older sister. She explains everything nicely and provides great service with care. I highly recommend her to everyone.
