Went today on a whim as I needed my eyebrows done and the manager up in the hart was fantastic, she got me in within 5 minutes of calling and was so so nice. Highly recommend and will be back.

Wonderful experience! It wasn’t my first time, but it was my daughter’s first time having anything done to her eyebrows. As someone who absolutely HATES any kind of pain, she was very happy that it didn’t hurt and she could handle it. lol Her biggest fear was coming out with only one eyebrow done because it would hurt too bad. She walked out happy and with two cleaned up eyebrows! PERFECT.

I made an appointment online for 5:30 I was 2 minutes late because I live not on the Hart. I was waiting for one of the two workers that were not busy with clients, a white lady came in well after me and did not have an appointment, she got seated right away... while the one worker objected, because she said I had an appointment waiting the other worker objected and said it was okay. it was not okay with me. so i was displeased, so my poor eyebrows got punished for my speaking up. usually I leave 8-10 tip but I did not leave anything this time. usually I have great service, my my eyebrows are botched

Asked for my eyebrows to just be cleaned up for my sister's wedding and she took off way to much of one of my eyebrows. I am glad my sister's look good from the lady who did hers though! Thank you for having good customer service and calling me to try and fix the situation though.

A few weeks ago I got the lash lift and it didn’t work, I wrote a review about it. Girlfriends actually called me and asked if I wanted to come back and get it done for free they even tinted my eyelashes no extra charge absolutely amazing. I have only positive views on this place absolutely amazing. My eyelashes look great as well thank you guys.
