Great experience for my first time trying threading. I was easily able to book an appointment online, they sent helpful reminders to make sure I got there, and when I arrived there was no wait for service. The esthetician that helped me was very caring. She explained how threading worked and gave me a demonstration on my hand before everything to make sure I was comfortable with the process, checked in after outlining my brows to show where hair would be removed to make sure I was okay with the shape. The process was very quick, and she was very thorough! I am really happy with my brows, and the coconut moisturizing lotion that is applied after the service smells amazing! Great service for a reasonable price!
