When I saw Gillian for a foot injury, she really took the time to figure out what was going on with it. She was knowledgeable and passionate and I felt like I was in good hands. I also follow her page on Facebook and enjoy seeing her posts about staying active. Her fitness passion is inspiring without being preachy, and although she's a high level athlete, she has a way of encouraging health in your own life that doesn't feel overwhelming or judgemental. Just simple. I highly recommend Gillian, not only for her expertise, but for the genuine and caring person that she is!
