Just had two old, failing toilets replaced by Gideon Plumbing. We’d used Gideon previously and knew we could count on them. We were right. We called on a Wednesday and Curtis arrived Thursday morning at 10:00. He diagnosed our problem and it was such a pleasure reviewing our options with him. No high pressure, just a total pro who knew what he was talking about. He proceeded to install two toilets and we’re so pleased with his work. It’s such a relief to get the issue dealt with, plugged toilets are a drag! Thank you Gideon and Curtis for your fine work and a positive experience.

Had our our old water heater fail us. Gideon was super fast to respond, and within 24 hours of my initial call to them Curtis came along and had a brand new tank installed. He is knowledgeable in his trade and a very practical, honest and critical thinker as we discussed which option would best fit the needs of our home. Good guy overall, came in with a good vibe and left a clean worksite and very clean and pro install. Would recommend to my closest friends. Plus our dog was a big fan of him.
