We were experiencing issues with our furnace and the tech sent by our builder noted a build up of drywall dust on our furnace filter. I emailed Gibbon for a quote and they were prompt at replying. I then confirmed we would go with them and they were readily available. The two workers who came out were friendly and efficient. We are happy to have our ducts now clear of drywall dust.

Bit of a longer read… but BEWARE….You Should Know.. From repeat customer …. NOTE: Gibbon Heating provided last service approximately 18 months prior to Dec 17-and no one has been in our house who happens to carry an “extra pressure switch” with them!!! Dec 17-regular furnace maintenance service: “no problems found, all components in good shape”. No replacement parts or repair were required. Dec 18-home owner found pressure switch on top of furnace. Called office and asked for explanation. No one called us back. Home owner checked furnace-both pressure switches in place Dec 19- 8:30pm- furnace stopped functioning. Discovered at 4:15am Dec 20 Dec20- 4:49am -called Gibbon for repair Answering service indicated should get call-back from service person in about half hour -10:10am- service person called but could not give any timeline for when they would come -called alternate furnace repair company. They arrived mid-afternoon and got our furnace going. Coincidence???-failed part was a pressure switch?????? Jan 12-email to Brent Badrock at Gibbon Heating to detail our concern re: Coincidence of extra pressure switch left on our furnace and subsequent furnace failure due to pressure switch. Also the time frame for call back for service/repair. Jan 15- Brent replied to my email. ‘Pressure switch may have been left behind by someone else” Brent went on to dismissively say “Sorry you feel this way but I do not think that we did anything wrong “ NOTE: Gibbon Heating provided last service approximately 18 months prior to Dec 17-and no one has been in our house who happens to carry an “extra pressure switch” with them!!! BEWARE This Company-it is obvious Brent has No Concern for Customer Satisfaction, or for the reputation of his company.

This was my first time using Gibbon Heating and Air. They were able to come the same day to fix my furnace that had stopped working during the night. Mike was friendly, very efficient, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He explained the whole issue and how he fixed it as well as providing the same details on my invoice. A very fair price and I was able to pay right away using a credit card. Will definitely call them again if needed and/or refer them to friends. Very pleased with this company and their technician, Mike!

Very friendly service and competitive pricing on a brand name furnace. I have had Gibbon for service work over the years and I have always been pleased. Follow up appointment after the installation was great.

We had contacted Gibbon for an air conditioner replacement. Jody came to the house and quoted us on 2 different brands. His knowledge was very good and he was great to work with. The crew came over & removed the old a/c and piping to furnace. A new a/c unit was installed. We now have the proper sized unit. It has been working great. Very efficient & quieter. The crew did a wonderful job with the removal & installation. No issues at all. Job site cleaned up. Jody came back after a week and inspected there work. We are completely satisfied customers and highly recommend Gibbon....
