Boey and his roof assistant/helper did Excellent service! The team did a fantastic job cleaning my roof and gutters, including chemical spray to kill the moss on the roof. Professional, efficient, and great communication. They removed all the debris and leaves, and my gutters are now flowing perfectly. And Boey informed me that one of my roof vents was broken. Unfortunately, Boey doesn’t repair roof only for cleaning. The cost was not cheap but reasonable price for the job. I Highly recommend Ghost Property Services. It’s up to you guys to find out why he use the name ghost for his roof company. Want to add anything else?

I used Ghost Property Services on the recommendation of my neighbour, and I am so glad I did. Boey and Abi did a fabulous job cleaning my roof, gutters, and skylights from start to finish. They were both very professional, offering advice but no pressure.

Ghost Property Services went above and beyond with their scope of service for pressure washing and window cleaning services. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also helped with a few extra maintenance items around the house that weren’t even part of the original scope. They were professional, thorough, and made sure I was completely satisfied; walking me around the property multiple times to check everything. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

My first impression was a firm handshake meeting Boey (that speaks volumes) they did a great job on Moss removal on a very challenging roof. I would Highly recommend using Boey and his team, and will be having them back in the future Debra Bailey

Boey and his team did an amazing job wouldn’t hire anyone else. He was very cautious and finished the work in a timely manner. Our home looks brand new.
