I had a great experience with the team. Aman gave me a very nice haircut and paid great attention to detail, making sure the style suited me well. Jass did my threading and was very precise and gentle throughout the process. Both were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience very comfortable. Shout out to Jass for the amazing makeup! This was my first time wearing makeup in almost 10 years, and the result far exceeded my expectations. The overall look was very, very natural. The eye makeup and brows were especially well done — I looked noticeably better, but somehow it still felt effortless and natural. I didn’t even pay for hair styling, but they still helped tidy up my hair a bit, which made the whole look more polished. Such a thoughtful touch.

Absolutely in love with my hair! They completely changed my look with this color and did such an amazing job. My hair wasn’t easy to color, but they handled it with so much patience and care. The blending is so smooth and natural, and the final result is beautiful. You can really see how much time and effort they put into it. Totally worth it and highly recommend this salon!

Extremely disappointing experience. I went in for just blow-dry but was forced to pay $60 for a head wash and curls that look awful and never asked for. The stylist, Navi, did not listen to what I wanted and did something completely different. When I complained, Navi was very disrespectful and showed no understanding of basic client experience—no apology, no effort to fix it. I paid $60 for these simple curls which i could easily do at home and they also used cheap hardened hair spray on my hair. The staff were busy getting ready for their own party and clearly rushed my service. I left upset, unheard, and regretful. If you can’t give proper service, it’s better not to take appointments at all. Navi also did hair cut for my mom which she did not liked at all after her hair wash, all together we paid $120 for a really bad service. Update - I came back after 5 mins asking for resolution or refund as you guys rushed my service. This is very disappointing that you guys are posting wrong information. I did not like the service and navi rushed towards payment did not even gave me enough time to see or think as he wanted to go to party. No resolution given when I came back in 5 mins as I was sitting in my car looking at what he really did to my hair. Its not like I came back after days I literally came back after 5 mins. Once I posted my honest review he called me next morning asking to delete my review and I did not even bother to do that because I don't care about money or $60 when it comes to disrespecting and insulting your client unfortunately very bad service and never coming back to get disrespected from them.
