Adam was a great help sorting out a CV axle replacement and repair for my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro, which has a manual transmission. Sourcing parts for older cars like mine can be tricky - he figured out what would work for me in a timely fashion. I appreciated being able to see the parts post-removal, and he noticed little things (like my unidirectional winter tires being on backwards, oops!) that others might have missed. I ended up going to this shop out of necessity as it is becoming harder to book German cars in Calgary on short notice, so it was a bit of a drive but ultimately worth it. I was referred by their Crowfoot location as they were booked up. I’ll be back for future repairs for sure, I appreciated their honesty and clear communication of what needed to happen.

Have dealt with Adam before when he was in Cochrane, for multiple different vehicles, and now dealing with him at this new location. Nothing but the best to say about him and his service and the work this shop provides. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with German Automotive Repair in Airdrie. The team was friendly, professional, and very clear in their communication from start to finish. Mike took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and I felt confident in the work being done. Honest, knowledgeable, and approachable. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning for future service.

The folks at Airdrie Automotive are fantastic communicators and totally ethical. Mike and Owen particularly made our recent service a memorable experience. The work, though extensive, came in under quote and our Pathfinder is running great. I'll be bringing all of our vehicles in when the need arises. Kudos to everyone at the shop!
