Check out Gentlemen’s Roofing First!! Because we have a heritage home that has to meet certain criteria to maintain its status, we needed someone who could replace our roof properly. Our home is also significantly taller and has many pitches compared to the usual home in the neighborhood, which made the work more complicated. Chance and his crew were highly recommended by a family friend who is also in the roofing business. Not only was the work done really well (even our neighbours commented on the roof) and in a timely fashion (2-3 days), but the cost was significantly less than what the other roofers estimated (which is probably, in part, because Chance doesn’t add on gimmicks like drone videos or computerized simulation of your roof). Most of all, these guys are honest and keep their word! Chance underestimated the cost of the replacement due to the need for metal edges on the roof, but Chance did NOT add these additional charges to his original estimate because he sticks to his original quote!

Gentlemans Roofing was our choice to replace our roof shingles, we got three estimates, his company had very favourable reviews and competitive pricing. They arrived on schedule, completed the job in two days and left everything neat and tidy when they were done. Roof looks great, got our specified shingles and colour, a job well done, thanks Chance.

Had a new roof put on by Gentlemen's Roofing in May. They did a great job. The cleanup was perfect. Chance, the owner of the company came and checked out the roof himself and gave a very competitive quote which was more than thirty percent below the first quote I received. Chance is friendly and professional, and I would recommend his company to anyone who needs a new roof.

I can’t thank Chance and his team enough for their incredible job. Chance was a true professional & he and his team worked diligently in the snow to complete our 6000 square foot roof in 2.5 weeks! Their pricing beat the competition but most importantly their craftsmanship was exceptional. They left the area spotless & Chance was always there to answer any question and is just a really nice guy. It’s nice to see that the owner of the company takes pride in his work and also works on site. Thank you Chance!!
