We had to say goodbye to our beloved Miyu recently. I’m so thankful that she was able to spend her last moments at home with her family. This was such a difficult day for us, but Dr. Mo was so kind and compassionate. Thank you for helping us through an incredibly challenging time. I’m confident that we made the right decision to allow Miyu to pass peacefully and surrounded by love without suffering.

We are deeply grateful to Dr Mo & Sahar who helped us say goodbye to our beloved Sophie. Being able to have her peacefully euthanized at home, while we held her in our laps, meant everything to us. From the first email, the scheduling process was handled with much patience and genuine compassion. Every step was explained gently and clearly, which gave us comfort during such an emotional time. We never felt rushed, and all of our questions were answered with kindness. On the day of the visit, Dr Mo was incredibly gentle and respectful with Sophie and with us. Her final moments were calm, dignified, and filled with love. We will always be thankful for the care and empathy shown to our family during the hardest goodbye. With much gratitude to Gentle Journey.

We experienced one of the hardest days of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Oso. Dr. Mo was incredibly kind and compassionate. He gave us the time and space we needed to say our goodbyes and treated Oso with such love, dignity, and understanding during this heartbreaking moment. We are deeply grateful that we were able to say goodbye to our dog at home, surrounded by love. Thank you, Dr. Mo, for your empathy and professionalism during such a difficult time.

Sahar and Dr. Mo are an amazing team. They helped me and my family through the difficult and emotional decision of having to say goodbye to our gentle little boy. Right from the first call, Sahar was kind, sympathetic and patient as we went back and forth on choosing a date and time. Dr. Mo was caring and compassionate. He came on time, took the time to explain the process, he checked Tuco and confirmed that we were making the right decision based on his condition. When the final moment came, he gave us the time and space to say our final goodbyes. I am glad we were able to have this service performed in our home where we all felt most comfortable. I would highly recommend Gentle Journey.

Our family is grateful for Dr. Mo who made a very difficult experience into a peaceful passing for our sweet boy. Kobi was happy to see Dr. Mo and seemed to instantly connect with him. (and it wasn't just about the treats. ;) Dr. Mo offered us reassurance that it was time to end our boys suffering as an act of kindness. We appreciated the calm, but direct guidance and the time allotted to have our final moments as a family. Highly recommend Gentle Journey for a peaceful passing at home. Thank you Sahar and Dr Mo for providing such an important, compassionate service.🙏
