Had an amazing experience at Gentle Dental. Nilu, Bre and Tania are absolutely wonderful so friendly, supportive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them and will tell my friends to come as well. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Gentle Dental Clinic in Burnaby, especially with Dr. Azimi. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Azimi is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I truly appreciated how gentle and caring she was it made a big difference. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the entire team clearly cares about patient comfort and quality care. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Clinic, and especially Dr. Azimi, to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.

Nilu greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly accommodating despite me being late. She took the time to explain my insurance clearly and was very knowledgeable. Julia was so caring and attentive, and she really understood my needs. Dr. Azimi saw me today and she was the kindest dentist I’ve ever had. She was gentle, comforting, and reassuring, like a warm teddy bear. I will 100% be coming back, and I’m so relieved and happy to have found my primary dental office.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental. I arrived late, but the front desk receptionist and staff were very courteous, kind, and accommodating, which I really appreciated. I came in for a check-up and X-rays. One of the assistants initially helped me, and when she found out I spoke Chinese, a Chinese speaking assistant took over and did my X-rays. She was very friendly, positive, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Sung was excellent, attentive, professional, and very clear and concise when explaining my dental issues. Overall, the whole team was kind, efficient, and respectful. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend Gentle Dental.

My daughter cracked her molar yesterday and was in a lot of pain. Her regular dentist was closed, and the tooth was bleeding, so I searched online for a clinic that could take her in right away. Gentle Dental went above and beyond—they made time to fit her in immediately and even offered an earlier appointment when they learned how much pain she was in. The location is easy to access, with ample (paid) parking. The waiting room was spotless and comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The dentist who treated my daughter was incredibly kind and made her feel at ease. When she explained that her baby molar needed to be extracted, she took extra care to keep her calm—covering her eyes and discreetly hiding the needle so she wouldn’t be scared. To our surprise, the injection was painless, and the extraction was quick and pain-free. My daughter, who usually dislikes dental visits, left feeling relieved and comfortable. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and the effort they put into making the experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Gentle Dental for anyone in need of compassionate, efficient care!
