My wife was experiencing a dental issue, which appeared to be an abscessed tooth problem. We were in the process of changing dentists. I called Generations Family Dental and was provided with an appointment within the hour. Upon our arrival, it was our pleasure meeting Dr. Dana Hardy and her front desk staff, who were professional and provided excellent customer service. We are very impressed with Dr. Hardy's professionalism and gentle care as she diagnosed the problem. Dr. Hardy took extra time to explain why this dental problem occurred and recommended two options for a resolution. We are very impressed with the excellent dental service we received. Impressed with the modern style offices, with the up-to-date high-tech dental equipment. Thank you, Dr. Hardy. Would highly recommend Generations Family Dental.

I 10000% recommend Dr. Hardy and her wonderful staff! I’ve been terrified of the dentist since childhood. In the past, they were never able to freeze me properly or give me a good cleaning because of my sensitivity. When I first visited her office, I shared all my concerns—and she truly listened. She offered nitrous gas to calm my nerves, put on my favorite TV show, and gave me headphones so I wouldn’t hear the drilling. She was very patient and checked with me many times to make sure the freezing worked (and it actually did—I felt nothing!) and that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Her office used new different technologies for cleaning which where painless and allowed me to have regular cleanings. When I had a few painful emergencies, she squeezed me in right away and took wonderful care of me. My kids have been seeing her since they were 2 years old. My oldest lost all her baby teeth under Dr. Hardy’s care, and the tooth fairy paid top dollar because they were sparkling clean! They absolutely love her and her staff, who are always gentle and understanding. They actually run to their appointments—which is amazing, especially since they love sweets! The front desk staff are also wonderful. They are always transparent about costs and insurance coverage, so you know exactly what’s and when covered and what you’ll need to pay. They’re friendly and super responsive. If you’re looking for a caring and excellent dentist, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Hardy’s office!

Very calm atmosphere, which is hugely comfortable for someone with dental anxiety. Communication is excellent, from the administration team to my dentist and hygienists. Everyone is very efficient, lovely, and generous with their time and knowledge. I’ve never been surprised by anything here and have a much more comfortable dental experience because of it. Very up to date equipment which makes patient experience easier and less noise. Such a clean space, front to back. Highly recommend the whole practice if you’re looking for a dental team! I’ve really appreciated how helpful and not pushy at all that the staff are for arranging appointments. I needed to put an appointment off due to family emergencies and they reached out after a month to reschedule when I didn’t have a million things on my mind and could schedule better. Very well organised and thoughtful. I really appreciate them all. The dentists are wonderful the hygienists are lovely and the front staff excellent.

Dr Hardy and Dana, have been our dentist and hygienist now for 10 years. I have such bad dental anxiety and when we moved, I dreaded the search for a new one. Generations was our first try and they were so amazing with me, I felt comfortable bringing my kids. Their kindness, soft touch and gentle nature is so comforting to me and the kiddos. They take it as slow as they need to with my kiddos and are just really genuine kind people. Thank you so much Generations :)

Love it here! From the front end staff, the dental hygienist, Hadi, and Dr. Hardy, it was an overall great experience! Who would have thought that going to the dentist could be a good time? I also really appreciate the implementation of new technology in their practice! I have had just about every dental procedure going, and I must admit that I was very impressed! The clinic is also very modern and clean, with a great area for young children! My entire family, including some extended family, have now all switched over to Generations Family Dental, and look forward to our next visits! Thank you Dr. Hardy, and team!
