Stopped by to get a quote on some minor scratches. Kevin took the time to look at my vehicle and let me know how I could get the scratches out myself. Kevin said that if I wasn't happy with those results to come back and they'd take care of me. Not pushy for business or unnecessary repairs. Just seemed like good people trying to do their job. The vibes were good at this shop and I will definitely be using them if I never need some real body work.

I took my vehicle to General Collision for body work through insurance and not only did they fix the damage and make my vehicle look better than it did before, but they also, touched up some small chips and detailed my vehicle inside and out. The communication regarding progress and recommendations was top notch and they had my vehicle back to me before I expected. Chase and the team are friendly, responsive and fantastic to deal with. Super impressed with the service and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who needs efficient and reliable services.

I would entrust my firstborn child to General Collision (notably Chase – the back shop manager) Full disclosure: my firstborn has already left the house and is married, but you get my point. I called the shop late on a Friday afternoon, and a fellow named Chase picked up. He later told me he normally doesn’t answer the phones, but since it was after hours and he wasn’t doing anything, he figured he’d jump in and provide a customer with an excellent experience. Mission accomplished. I sheepishly explained how (like a dope) I had backed into my own garage and popped a panel out of the back corner of my SUV. Chase knew exactly what the issue was, but explained—very politely—that the shop was closed for the weekend. He told me if I came by Monday, he’d take care of me. He was so courteous and helpful that I was actually looking forward to the encounter. Life delayed me until Thursday, but when I walked in and asked if he remembered my call—of course he did! He immediately jumped in to help. Within minutes, he had my SUV fixed up and looking far better than I deserved, given how the “incident” happened. The whole experience was above and beyond. Chase and the team at General Collision are the kind of people you hope you’ll get when you hand over your vehicle: knowledgeable, kind, and willing to do the little extras that turn a stressful mistake into a story you can laugh about later. If there were six stars, I’d give them six. If there were a prize for customer care, they’d win it. And if my married firstborn ever needs collision repair, I’ll be sending them straight to Chase.

They did a excellent job repairing all the hail damage on my truck. Working with them was great, very friendly service! Did really well with keeping me posted on how things were coming along and completed the work in good timing.
