Mark Wang is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what my body needed. The massage was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, and also very therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and pain-free. Jessica at reception is incredibly helpful and polite, and Amanda, the RMT, is absolutely wonderful—so professional and skilled. Amazing experience overall. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t that great. First of all they don’t have a washroom, you have to go outside in the hallway if you need to, and it’s part of the busy mall, gym beside etc. It’s very noisy. Massage it’s self was 3 of 5 maybe. I mentioned I need my quadriceps to be massaged good, the therapist almost didn’t touch it. So bad pressure, was painful most of the time, . I don’t know how they don’t know that in some certain areas pressure can’t be hard, like kidneys and inside of the arms and legs. Front part of arms she didn’t touch it. Not pleasant experience ☹️

I see Stefanie twice a month for the last year. She has relieved a lot of tension in my shoulder / neck area and got me through the summer with my achilles tendonitis. She provides excellent deep tissue massage. Very clean and welcoming area. I highly reccommend Stefanie for your next massage.
