Five stars fully deserved! Recommended! Our water heater stopped working. Another plumbing company wouldn't even come out to have a look, asked me to take pictures of the heater, and only offered fully replacing the heater with a new one at what I think is an exorbitant price. Garrett came round, had a look, tried to fix the heater first, while we chatted about what the replacement option might cost if he could not fix it (a lot more reasonable). But in the end he did fix it! The total cost of the repair was reasonable. Bottom line: Faulty heater repaired and very good customer service received at a fair price.

Garrett came by today and fixed our leaky kitchen faucet. He was communicative, on time, and knew what he was doing. The repair didn't take long and billed a fair price for his time where others might have charged for a full hour. It says a lot too that he has a 6 month warranty on his work should the leak return. I would happily recommend Garrett and would use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Garrett is professional, quick, and honest. He was fast to respond and help fix our plumbing, giving us tips to help prevent further issues. Will 100% call him again if we ever run into problems.

Highly recommend Garrett for plumbing work. He was timely for our appointment, was able to answer all of our questions about the aged plumbing in our house, and resolved our issues quickly. And all at a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling Garrett again when we next need a plumber.

Garrett is a great plumber and is very knowledgeable about his work. He is very kind and professional and is great with communication, always easy to schedule with and efficient with time. He has fixed a few things around our house perfectly and It’s a blessing to have him in the neighbourhood and I would recommend him to anyone in the Burquitlam area and beyond!
