I had an amazing experience with Gandy Installations from start to finish! I applied for the CleanBC Energy Savings Program rebate and began gathering quotes to replace my furnace with a rebate-eligible heat pump and air handler, along with upgrading my hot water tank. Cory from Gandy was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional when he came to provide my quote. He answered all of my questions that day and continued to be helpful and responsive in the days leading up to installation. The electricians coordinated everything seamlessly with BC Hydro, arrived on time, and completed the electrical upgrade quickly and efficiently. They even fixed a couple of light switches while they were here, which was such a thoughtful bonus! The HVAC team was just as impressive, they installed the heat pump, air handler, and hot water tank all in one day. There were several installers in and out throughout the day, and every single one was polite, friendly, and clearly enjoyed working together. They happily let me check in on the progress, answered all my questions, left everything spotless, and made sure I understood how everything worked before leaving. I would recommend Gandy Installations 100 times over. The entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and efficient. Best of all, they were able to submit my rebate code directly, which significantly reduced my upfront costs. I truly wouldn’t have been able to complete this upgrade without their team’s expertise and support!

The Gandy technician did a great job installing my EV Charger. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had to open up the drywall to keep the wiring in the wall but did a very neat job making patching the wall a breeze.
