Unfortunately I had some really bad news relating to a transmission issue and Luke brought it in and inspected it and attempted the quick fix i asked for. Due to his schedule he wasn't able to do the bigger job required but he didn't charge me for the 30 minutes or so he needed ro help me diagnose the issue. These things matter to us drivers and its hard to find a shop that doesn't gouge you on everything it can. Appreciate it and will remember this in the future.

Rocksteady Oilfield Services Driver: Dwayne L I’ve been in the transportation industry for 30 years. One thing that stands out is the atmosphere inside the business of G-force Diesel Service.. very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all their departments. My most recent visit to this shop wasn’t my first time dealing with these fellas, but it was the first time I’ve had to make all of the “big” decisions on a new rig up. Really happy I decided to stop in and talk it through with Joe. Circumstances in the last few weeks led to me finding myself with a used pump rig up and a brand new truck...decisions decisions... Well, I’m thinking let’s try to save a few dollars and get this put together, I’ve really got to get back to work 😣. So I arranged to bring the gear into the shop and waited for the truck delivery. So let me make it very clear that this crew had zero problems with installing used equipment if that’s what you want. However, upon closer inspection Joe had some concerns. He let me know right away what they were, walked me through every possible pro and con he could think of. But ultimately would still go ahead with whatever I chose to the best of their ability. I sat on this info for a bit, then decided to trust their judgment. I found a bit bigger budget, ordered a new pump and am really happy with the results! Through every stage of the job, they were in contact, let me know how things were going, how exactly did I want everything to look...etc etc, I’ve talked to them more than my mother this week lol. Joe even handled a lot of the coordination with the dealership and overall it’s gone very smoothly, within budget, no surprises! And the used pump isn’t a waste, it will soon be fixed up properly for the other truck. Total win-win in my books. Even though the business part of the job is through Joe, I really must also commend the crew of guys in the shop, behind the scenes. I’ve not had a chance to learn their names, as they’re usually quite busy but they are all a very friendly and hardworking group. Always greeted with huge smiles and respect and the work they do is stellar and clean! And they deserve their own stars 😄 Thank you so much Gforce! Can’t wait to take Linda out for a rip! 😎
