Terrible service and terrible customer care. My furnace was serviced by them as part of the conditions of sale for my new house. Immediately upon possession I noticed the wrong size filter was used. Garbage was left by them beside the furnace. A week later I turn the furnace on and the furnace is blowing constantly cycling between hot and cold air. They come to check again and find the sensor is broken. They repaired it and sent me a bill for $700. When I asked why this was such a high charge and should have been noticed a week ago by the original servicer, I got no response. My realtor called them a week later and was fed some line about how it just must have broke in that week. If it hadn’t been such a fumble from the start, I might have bought that line. I would have used a different company all together had I known they were not going to discount the service in any way in good faith given that this was missed during the original call out.

Had them booked for a sewer scope on a house that I am purchasing (last day to remove conditions) and they cancelled the job with only 2 hours notice, when they knew all week that their camera was broken - if they had informed us at beginning of the week it would’ve been all good. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate. Luckily another company pulled through with only an hour notice to do up this job for us!

These guys are amazing. Shayla at administration was very cooperative with billing. Nathan (I think the lead plumber) -great to deal with, No attitude, just wants to get the job done, and done right. The plumber that did the work, Quinn and Logan - both amazing at their jobs. Got the fix done for the heat coils and were prompt about what needed to be done from the very start. Just want to thank you guys for doing your jobs so meticulously.

We discovered a smell coming from our crawl space. We took a quick peek and saw it was sewage. Called G&M plumbing and they came pretty quick to check it out! They sent over a young guy named Toby who was excellent. He tried to fix the problem after hours one night, discovered he couldn’t fix it with the equipment he had with him, came back the next day and fixed the blockage. He was thorough with the service, and super friendly. Would call him again for any plumbing issues.

Fast, transparent, quality and professional work. Needed a fan coil replaced, they knew exactly what I was talking about and what needed to be done. The final bill was nearly HALF the cost of other places I had talked to and quicker to get done as they had the parts on hand. Would use again and recommend forsure!
