I’ve been a loyal member since 2021 and I’ve been going to Fouzia since then! I’ve tried going to different places for my wax services but nothing tops the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism that Fouzia provides. I’ve recommended her to family and friends to only go to Fouzia because I trust her that much. She understands exactly what I need and makes sure I’m happy before I leave. I will always go to Fouzia and I’d highly recommend her if it’s your first time waxing. I can’t recommend Fouzia enough! I’ve moved around the city over the years and have had several Fuzz locations closer to me, but I will always travel to wherever she is. That alone says it all. Fouzia is incredibly experienced and truly meticulous in her work. You can tell she has mastered her craft - she uses thoughtful techniques that protect your skin and minimize pain as much as possible. She’s always intentional with her approach, checks in regularly, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Somehow, she’s turned something that’s typically uncomfortable into an experience I genuinely look forward to each month. A big part of that is her warm, calming energy - she makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. It’s also just so lovely to connect and catch up with her each appointment. She’s consistent, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re booking at Fuzz, do yourself a favour and book with Fouzia - she’s the absolute best!

First time getting waxed under the belt professionally, and it was a great experience. Cristina was so sweet, and the service was super fast. The front desk was really friendly from check-in to check-out. She respected my budget, didn’t oversell, and only recommended essentials for retail purchase, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy I decided to do this service here, and I’ll definitely be a regular! Thank you Queen West Team!

I've known Fuzz since it opened in Montreal Le plateau(+/- 10years ago). I was already a client there. I recently moved near the Fuzz Wax Bar - 663 Queen W - and took the opportunity to immediately become a customer again. I find the subscription system just perfect. The app is also super useful. And even for someone like me who likes to have routines, I've found the esthetician I love and I only book with her. Folakemi is professional, meticulous, and super nice. She's efficient and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her 💕
