Booked on a Saturday to come Tuesday, but came a day earlier. Now that is great service to get it done earlier than expected. Emailed me the invoice with the detailed info of what was done to the furnace immediately after the job was completed. Love the prepaid maintenance plan they have.

Amazing same day service to fix my emergency furnace problem given the Saskatchewan cold weather here. Enrique was extremely helpful and courteous. I was impressed with the office staff, booking process, and the way the whole process of keeping in touch with me and getting the job done. I will definitely be using their services again. Overall a very good experience. Vik was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with and answered every question we had before and after the purchase and the installation of our furnace. The techs were great as well, replaced the furnace in no time, explained everything and even cleaned up after they were done.

Eduard from Furnaceguys works above and beyond the good quality. He pays attention on details. After his work, he doesn’t rush to go home but stayed to make sure all the vents are installed properly. He took his time to clean up and took all the garbage properly. He cleaned my utility room and made sure I was happy. I’m truly amazed how competent and hardworking the team is! Absolutely the best I have ever seen! I’m very happy and satisfied with the service!

Enrique C and his partner Jaron(?) did not walk away without making sure they could find out what was going on with our furnace. They tested many parts before giving up, and for that, we were thankful. Found that the control board was this issue. He was promptly on the phone to find out of the part was available(we live in a mobile home with a 24 year old furnace), found one for us, and we will have our furnace fixed on Monday! We have not been without heat, though. I would suggest Furnaceguys to anyone for their furnace needs.

The team did a fantastic job installing our new furnace, A/C and water heater. Stayed late to make sure everything worked properly and cleaned up. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

My first furnace guy visit went. The service technician was great to deal with, Answered all my questions, and finished the work efficiently and completely. He also pointed out a number of areas for me to monitor and other parts of my home heating and plumbing system, this was appreciated. And that he was servicing the furnace. He wasn’t able to provide the free first visit inspection of my plumbing. Although understandable as this is a very busy time of the year, We had to rebook based on other EMERGENCY calls. Rebooking process was easy.

UPDATE: Called Friday morning and was told someone would for sure be able to attend our emergency between 12pm and 4pm. Shortly after 4pm when no one arrived I called to follow up. I was told they didn’t have a reason as to why their technician had not arrived but that no one would be attending our emergency today. We discussed that our issue would be escalated to management and someone would call me. It’s now Sunday and still haven’t heard from any manager. Took the time to send the same generic comment on my post, but can’t be bothered to call.

I recently replaced my furnace and added central air conditioner to my home. The crew showed up always in time after letting me know they were coming by text. Service was excellent, fast and efficient. Everyone in the crew was very friendly and polite. The job was done in the predicted time frame. Very happy with the results and I would use the furnaceguys again. I truly recommend this company, they are reliable.
