I started going to Full Circle in July 2025 after a recommendation from my physiotherapist to try reformer Pilates for hip stability. I was first surprised to learn that there was a place in Okotoks that offered reformer Pilates! I was a tad nervous for my first class but Lola was so great at making me feel comfortable and explained everything about the machines beautifully. It also helped that her dog was at the studio 💕 Fast forward to now, and I am regularly at the studio, still improving my hip stability on the reformers but also very much enjoying yoga classes and mat classes. All of the staff and instructors have lots of experience, are always helpful, and they make you laugh. They offer tons of different props for the mat classes which I appreciate. I love just walking in and knowing I don’t have to bring/carry anything (besides grip socks of course but they do sell the cutest sets if you forget). Bathrooms are always extremely clean and stocked with amenities. Did I mention they also offer fresh herbal tea? And comforting and cozy salt rock walls? And that at times there is the bestest most cutest dog to greet you?! I’m so thankful to have found this wonderful small town locally owned business. I always feel better walking out then when I did going in (my hips share that sentiment). Come check it out, in whatever stage you are at in your health journey, because I know you will feel welcome here and you will enjoy it.

I have been going to the studio for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. The instructors and staff keep the classes fun and interesting. They defiantly have something for everyone on the class schedule. Stop in and check it out!!

Full Circle Movement Studios is hands down my favourite movement studio. With Lola at the helm and Xena by her side, they’ve created something truly special—not just for me, but for everyone who walks through the door. ALL of the instructors are thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable, and refreshingly above the trends, focusing on real, effective movement. The vibe is welcoming, never intimidating, and genuinely fun. I leave every class feeling stronger, longer, and happier. Total magic ✨

Full Circle Movement Studios is a welcoming community for everyBODY, and all persons seeking connection and movement. The schedule offers opportunities for many modalities and continues to be assessed to meet the needs of the FCM community. They have also included various pricing options, including a sliding scale membership to be further inclusive of those looking to access movement and community. The studio is clean, friendly and provides everything you might need to maximize your time within their space. Check them out!

Lola offers my favourite type of exercise experience: welcoming, accessible and fun (and still challenging, of course!). a truly “come as you are” space where you can show up authentically and find what your body needs with encouraging support from talented instructors. the next-level studio environment is stunningly beautiful. the thought and care for community is present in every corner. can’t wait to see how they grow and be back soon!
