I had kept my hair long for a very long time, and after 20 years I finally decided to cut it short. I was worried it might not suit me, but luckily Aiden gave me a haircut that I truly love. During the cut, he kept asking for my opinion and really understood the texture of my hair, then styled it in a way that makes it super easy for me to manage at home. To my surprise, people around me keep saying how great it looks on me, which makes me feel so happy. If anyone asks, I would absolutely recommend Aiden at this salon!

I had my hair dyed red for a long time, so it was really hard to change the color. But Aiden did such a great job, and now I absolutely love my new hair color. Of course, I’m very happy with Aiden, but what I also love about this salon is that it looks so clean and hygienic. Plus, all the staff are super friendly, so I always leave here feeling really good. I feel like I’ve finally found the right salon for me.

I got highlights for the first time and I was so worried thinking that my hair will get damaged but it turned out perfect! I got so many compliments and very little to no damage! I love how it turned out and will def go back again.

This was my first time at From Hair On and I’m so happy I found this place! I’ve been getting haircuts and colouring with Raina for over a year now and followed her here from a previous salon. She is an amazing hair stylist and always does such a great job with my balayage highlights! Aiden was also very kind and welcoming during my time at the salon. I highly recommend this place for any of your hair needs!

First and foremost, the treatment itself was not up to the standards I anticipated. The results were also far from satisfactory. Despite undergoing multiple sessions as recommended, there was minimal reduction in hair growth, and the promised long-term hair removal benefits were simply not delivered. I feel disheartened by the lack of noticeable progress, considering the time and money I invested in the service. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the overall customer service provided during my visits. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, failing to provide clear and comprehensive explanations about the procedure or address my concerns adequately. Their lack of professionalism and empathy made me feel like just another number rather than a valued client seeking a positive experience. Considering the substantial investment I made in both time and money, it is disheartening to find that the results were underwhelming and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I expected a level of professionalism, expertise, and quality that, unfortunately, were sorely lacking in my interactions with your establishment.
