Jen did an amazing job with my hair today! 🙏 My hair technician Chelsea, is away on maternity leave and I was very nervous to trust another technician. Jen is amazing!! Gorgeous salon with spa like atmosphere and super friendly staff!!! 🫶👍😘

Booked an appointment on their website for 8AM w/Elizabeth, no issues. Arrived at 8AM for my VERIFIED APPOINTMENT to find the doors locked ,and hearing nothing in advance. Further found out their store doesn't even open until 9AM. Decided to wait an hour until they opened to see if I could perhaps reschedule my appointment, in person. I waited until 9:20AM, 20 minutes after they open on Fridays. Still nothing, doors locked and not a soul in sight. The poor scheduling and lack of communication was extremely frustrating and more disappointing. I understand things happen, but it was a total waste of my morning 😅

I recently got my first-ever perm from Vincent, and he did an amazing job! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. My hair didn’t respond quite as expected at first, but Vincent went above and beyond to make sure I left happy—and I absolutely did. Amanda did an amazing job, she knows what shes doing, she gives tips, shes quick and she understood that the last time i got my hair done they cut way to much off so she just wanted to give me a dusting and my hair somehow looks longer now? Overall was a great experience and I highly recommend this hair salon.
