I wanted to edit my review as frilly lilly called me and was so good at handling the situation. I went and had my eyebrows done and was not happy with the results. Frilly lilly called me right away to talk to me about what happened and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. They completely understood and made sure to take care of me. Because of this I probably will try them again in the future. I appreciated their understanding and customer service when it came to this matter.

My visits have always been amazing with Frilly Lilly. The waxing services are especially great, not very painful, and very smooth going. Amanda was GREAT!! She eased all my worries and talked to me the whole time she was waxing, and gave very helpful tips for after care and future services! Would definitely recommend going here!

I love Frilly Lilly! I see Amanda for all my waxing and my brows are always perfect! I recently got a manicure from her and it was AMAZING it was the best mani I have even gotten! She always makes me feel so welcomed and is so fun to talk to. The front end staff is also amazing they are always so welcoming when I walk in. I will never go to anyone else!!!

I love going to Frilly Lilly for waxing and have gone for a number of years! I thought I would try the eye lash extensions as they were doing a great promotion price. The lash technician was easy to talk to and created a comfortable environment for the long process! As this was my first time, I was very careful to not rub my eyes, use makeup or irritate the area for risk of damaging the extensions. Unfortunately, I had a number of lashes fall out within the first 24 hours that I had to book an immediate touch up at another location closer to home. When getting a fill by another service provider, I was told the reason for the pinching feeling was because the extensions were glued to my eye lids, thus the pain. I will continue to use Frilly Lilly for their waxing services but not for the eye lash extensions. The store manager called and was extremely polite, and gracious with the unfortunate one time service. 10/10 for Customer service after a review!! I will still go to Frilly Lilly!

Isabelle, the lash technician at Frilly Lilly is absolutely amazing! I have had her do my lashes a couple of times. Right before graduation I had an experience with eyelash extensions that I did not enjoy. I was in a great amount of pain and my eyelashes looked terrible!! I spoke with Isabelle and she happily helped me out on such short notice (the night before graduation.) There was immediate relief and I loved how they looked! For anybody considering booking an appointment with Isabelle at Frilly Lilly I would 100% recommend. She does a fantastic job while making your time there as relaxing as she can!
