First went a few years ago to wax underarms, rushed appt and had to go home and pluck a lot of remaining hairs. Just went yesterday for a leg wax. And was sent home and told to book in 3 weeks when ‘all hair have grown’ do these people not know what hair growth cycles are ? Will never come again

I've had several gel polish manicures with Alexis and she has always done a perfect polish application. She has a very gentle touch when trimming, filing, etc and is super friendly and sweet. I'd highly recommend booking with her!

I had an amazing experience with MacKenzie about a month ago, she’s truly excellent at what she does! The waxing was quick and, to my surprise, completely painless. She was super accommodating, made me feel comfortable throughout, and had such a professional yet friendly demeanor. Even after a month, I’m still impressed with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back to her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for top quality service!

The salon is very beautiful and curated but I haven’t had the best outcomes both times I’ve gone. First time was in winter and I got a pedicure. The aesthetician assured me it was safe to put my socks and shoes on after but when I got home, about half the nails were messed up and I redid them at home. More recently I went for a gel manicure and the photo is my nails after 5 days. Almost all have been chipping away which is so poor quality for gel nails. Any how, the space and staff are lovely but the quality of work on two attempt mean I won’t be returning.
