The whole team was very friendly and welcoming, from the first time I called to book, to being welcomed to the spa in person, to the treatment itself. I got the Escape spa package, which I highly recommend! It was very relaxing - my esthetician, Daniella, was amazing! She was very thoughtful, asking how the pressure was throughout the massage - she has very soft hands, and gave me a lovely facial and scalp massage. I will definitely be back to see Daniella again soon!

Had the best experience at Fresh Touch Medspa 🤍 The space is beautiful and so welcoming. From start to finish, I felt completely at ease. A huge shoutout to Christine, who did my facial — she was amazing! So knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and glowing ✨ Highly recommend and will definitely be back! :)

I've had nothing but amazing experiences at Fresh Touch Med Spa! After just 3 sessions of RF Meso Therapy with Daneila and Christine, I've noticed incredible changes in how my face looks and feels—tighter, brighter, and so much more refreshed. I truly feel like a different person already. The entire team is friendly, caring, and professional. They take the time to explain everything and recommend exactly what you need without any pressure. Thalia was amazing with the prep and Hydrofacial, and the massage therapy from Kevin was the perfect relaxing finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting real results in a welcoming environment. Can't wait for my next session!

I had an amazing experience at Fresh Touch Med Spa and highly recommend it! I did the Carbon Laser 3-in-1 facial, and the results were incredible—my skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and so refreshed. The treatment was professional, thorough, and explained clearly every step of the way, which made me feel very comfortable. The spa itself is clean, modern, and relaxing, and the staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about delivering great results and a positive experience. I’m just leaving Fresh Touch Med Spa in Ajax, where I had a carbon laser peel done — and I’m honestly blown away. The results were immediate and incredible. I’ve been in the beauty industry for many years, and it’s rare to find a clinic in the aesthetics world that can deliver visible results on day one. Most places promise results after multiple sessions or package commitments, but Fresh Touch delivered on the very first treatment. I also took a look at other clients’ before-and-after results while I was there — extremely impressive vsand consistent. Even though today was my first visit, I’m already a committed client.
