DON'T DROP OFF YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!!! Lost my item and has offered NO REMEDY! Unresponsive and irresponsible. Dont know if this place has undergone new ownership or what has changed. Ive been using them for my rugs and blankets for over 1 yr and had nothing to complain about until the my most recent drop off which was beginning of December when I dropped off a rug and duvet. At pick up I didnt double check the items and went home, as I didnt have an issue before. Got home a noticed they gave me someone else's duvet. Not only did they lose my item they fail to give me any compensation or offer any sort of remedy to their mistake. Ive already brought back the incorrect item and done my part. Even provided proof of purchase for my Duvet to confirm. We are now at the end of January and still NOTHING!!! Wish I could give negative stars as this very much deserves it. 0 responsibility taken.

This place keeps closing at 5:45 but their hours say until 7:00 pm. Can’t even drop off or pick up a load. They need to change the business hours to closing at 5:00 pm instead of inconveniencing the customers.

I arrived at 5:50, last load is 5:45 even though they are open until 7pm. Even though there were ZERO machines running they turned me away at the door with 7 loads of laundry, I was ready to spend 50+ on Laundry there. Absolutely ridiculous — do not recommend.

Love this laundromat. Well-maintained and clean and the owners are very sweet, good vibes.
