My daughter just had her 5th birthday party at Freeze. She had the best time! The hour of instruction was very well done. All of the kids had fun and were engaged. I would book a party here again in the future.

Hosting our daughter's birthday party at Freeze Athletics was an absolute delight! The instructors were fantastic, guiding the kids through a fun-filled hour of gymnastics. The facility was clean, safe, and perfect for a birthday celebration. Everyone had a blast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any child's special day!

I have been a member with Sabrina since October 2019 and made the move to Freeze Athletics with her! I absolutely love the facility the bouncy floors are forgiving and easy on my body when I jump, lunge, lift and move! As amazing as the facility is the community is what keeps me coming back - the group of like minded women I've discovered at Freeze are second to none. You will feel encouraged, supported and unstoppable when you workout with these ladies! Yet another bonus is the incredible variety of classes from kickboxing to Strong to step to strength circuits and personal training sessions. Sabrina also offers fun themed activities like Army bootcamp and Zumba party in pink! I've also gone hiking with these ladies as the community absolutely extends beyond the facility and the classes. As a mom of two young kids I am SO grateful that children are welcome at workouts. My daughter Sloane (4) has been my sidekick since I started - her favourite part of class is getting to give Sabrina a big hug when she sees her! My son Grant (7) has also tagged along with us a few times when not in school. I have never felt that having my kids with me is an issue - in fact I'm so grateful for the opportunity for them to see me and other women putting our health first. It has been especially meaningful to me to expose my daughter to all these strong, empowering women. Last, but certainly not least - I enrolled Sloane in tumbling with Freeze in September and she can't get enough. Her favourite day is Tuesday when she gets to tumble with Coach Dayle! And BONUS for me is Sloane does her class at the same time I train ... so needless to say Tuesday has definitely become our favourite day of the week! As a trainer Sabrina is inspiring, supportive and just an all around AMAZING human being - that I feel blessed to call my friend. If you're looking for a new fitness facility trust me THIS IS IT! Excellent venue for our 6 year olds birthday party. The ladies who run Freeze accommodated us on short notice. Their COVID policies and cleaning where fabulous and we all felt very safe, cared for and comfortable. The instructor kept all 10 kids GOING for an hour straight!! And they take care of all the cleaning up once you've packed everyone up from their loft party space. My daughter exclaimed as I tucked her into bed last night, "best birthday EVER". Can not recommend enough!!
