My wife and I just moved to Beaumont and bought a property which needed a water tank replacement. I looked for a local plumber and found this company not to far from where we purchased. The owner came and gave us a few options for our replacement. We opted for a waterless tank, and a few other add ons. The work was completed in a two day period and the owner came to check on his workers and the work status. On day two, they gave me a quick rundown on the work done, the installation looked great and clean. The plumber didn’t leave the worksite dirty, cleaned it well. We now have a new waterless tank system and a water softener, which I’ll enjoy for years to come. Would I recommend them to anyone? Absolutely.

Free flow showed up quickly when called. Service rep was very polite. He worked quickly to repair our plumbing issue and did a great job. Thank you for the great work!

Colin and Cindy were a pleasure to Work with. Our daughter had renovated her home and we needed someone to attend to the plumbing work that needed to be done. Colin was very accommodating for setting dates to work and Cindy was very helpful in suggesting products for the home. Colin was always on time and completed the work with due diligence. We had our water tank fail on December 27th and when I called Colin he assured us he would schedule us in for a repair. To our surprise on Sunday he came over to check out the repair and Monday changed the hot water tank. Relocating to Beaumont just a few months ago we are totally impressed with the work and especially the service given to us on short notice. Never had service like this and would like to thank free flow mechanical and Colin for service above and beyond. Absolutely recommend this business. They do great work.

Called Freeflow Mechanical this morning. They were able to get me a service call later the same day. I found William and Colin to be very clear on pricing prior to beginning the job. They were efficient, and a couple of hours later my emergency was taken care of. They left everything clean and tidy, even offering to put washer and dryer back in place. I will definitely be using them again, and also will refer them to my friends and family. Thanks Guys.
