I’ve trained in everything from bare-bones weight rooms to top-tier facilities, and this gym is exceptional. The strength training setup is complete, the cardio options are solid, and the sport-specific equipment is clearly chosen with real athletes in mind, as well as those who are just beginning their fitness journey. It's supported by thoughtful staff and a calm atmosphere. Recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the experience at Freedom Fitness. I’ve always been a person who tried to stay fit. But once I decided to get a personal trainer, they took it to the next level didn’t realize how much I was capable of. My running got better, my biking got better and I was able to get to way more balls in pickleball than ever before. My trainer was amazing asking me what I wanted out of this and made a program accordingly. My husband had a knee replacement July 2023 and got back to doing activities in 3 months with the help of his trainer. Then May of 2024 he had a hip replacement and he was back to his activities in 3 months again but not without the help of his trainer.The gym is bright with big windows, clean and very friendly environment. I might add my husband is 64 and I’m 60 living our best life. Life changing, thank you Freedom Fitness Ed & Blondine
