Great first impression. Had a mechanical breakdown on new years eve and they took me in and had my truck up and running in a day. On top of that they only charged the cost of parts and labor. No upcharge for shop fee or extra bs. Great honest place.

Update (12/26/25): I went back to their shop as my car was having issues. They diagnosed the issue as the block heater and replaced the faulty part as well as replaced my battery. It was a Great experience with Freedom Automotive Ltd. The pricing was good and the service was honest and efficient. Nice to find a shop you can trust. Highly recommend. Original (2024): I decided to go to freedom automotive after having a bad experience with gp Chrysler. I was quoted $753 for parts and labour to do a seized rear adjustable control arm as well as a wheel alignment. When they got the vehicle in the shop they immediately hoisted my car up and checked the other rear adjustable control arm; both were seized after gp Chrysler only said one was. Not only did they immediately call me, they honoured the $753 quote to do both arms with labour and a wheel alignment. When I went to pay it was only $746. I recommend freedom automotive to anyone that needs vehicle work done. Not only are they super affordable, they do quality work! I will be back for future work on my vehicle. 5/5 on customer service, price and workmanship.

I took my vehicle because of a noise, they worked with me through the difficult diagnosis, the bill was fair and Billy delivered my SUV to me and showed me it was fixed. 🙂

Excellent!! Really impressed! So much so; that I'll bring my vehicles back, and recommend to anyone to come here. I called around and their price was good. Not the cheapest, but far from the highest. Work was done fast! Can't say enough good!

I visited Freedom Automotive for the out of province inspection to register my car here, and they were able to complete everything the same day. I arrived around 1 PM and was out by 5 PM. There was a bit of waiting since they had to replace the front brake pads and rotors to pass the inspection, but it was still much better than waiting a week for the appointment Canadian Tire had offered. Really appreciate the prompt service!
