Staff knew me by name when I entered, had all forms ready for me, and my appointment started with minimal wait time Periodontist was straightforward with exam, recommendations, and patiently answered all questions. Before I left - front office staff had my info submitted to insurance and explained the best way to move ahead financially, taking additional questions for their specialists and getting back to me.

My wisdom teeth surgery was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at any medical office thanks to Dr.Chau and the nurse/staff. Right from the check in to the end of the surgery, I was calm and informed of the whole process. When they put me on IV sedation, which I was the most afraid of, everything was explained step by step which helped a ton. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be coming again for the other 2 wisdom teeth extractions!

Very good experience the staff is very friendly welcoming and kind. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and they made sure I had a ride to and from, went over all procedures and information in a very easily digestible way without it being overwhelming. DR Chen and DR Chow were both great as well with the same welcoming and friendly demeanors as well as explaining everything about the procedure and aftercare. Very happy I made the choice to go to Fraser Valley Dental Specialist and will be coming back for future care. Again a great experience all around and I would recommend drawn highly for someone looking to have an extraction done like myself.

I would do 0 stars if I could. "Page" The so called manager is poorly trained on how to retain clients and or handle issues with clients who are in good standing. We have been coming to this clinic for 3 years my wife and I. My wife did all her work at this clinic. She has paid all of her invoices and never late on one eventhough sometimes prices do not makes sense. However, she needed a glue and she was told to come and no charge was discussed when she finished her appt the lady at the front said it was no charger, but the so called dentist want to charge for chair. $75 no biggie but had she been told a head of time she would gladly do it. She wasn't. So on to the manager, we said if we were mislead, we shouldn't pay, and we said we will close our files and move to another clinic. She couldn't care less. We eneded up sending this to the insurer to chekc if they cover or of we have to pay. Shows nothing but unprofessional running this place.

I’d give them a thousand stars if it was an option. Dr Wolk is wonderful, all the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful; but most importantly my kids have had a great experience (as good as it can be - braces can be uncomfortable and challenging for kids) They also have a fantastic coffee and specialty drink machine and nice waiting area - it’s easily the best hot chocolate in Abbotsford. Thanks to everyone at Fraser Valley Dental. My oldest son went to another popular orthodontic office in Abbotsford. When my twins needed braces I moved them to FV dental as I didn’t find the other office really understood how to work with kids. My experience here has exceeded my expectations. If my daughter needs braces she’ll be coming here as well.
