Great experience with my Jaguar! I was referred here by AAMCO for a coolant leak, and from the first call Andrew was incredibly helpful and handled everything smoothly. After the initial repair, they thoroughly tested the vehicle and discovered another small leak, which they fixed right away. They also dealt directly with my third-party warranty, which reduced my bill to nearly half of what I would have had to pay! Excellent service, very accommodating staff, and fair labour rates. As a bonus, I got my car back even cleaner than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend!

What a terrible experience encountered at Franco's! I went into this business about 2 weeks ago looking for assistance with my dying (cancer) uncle's car. Upon entering I spoke with the Service Manager Andrew Meekel, we discussed what's occurring and what I had tried thus far to fix it. Andrew proceeded to tell me that they have enough work to keep them busy and they already have another car sitting waiting for a part (even though he had no idea of my car's diagnosis & insinuating that my uncle's care would be sitting waiting for parts). Basically go screw myself because they dont want to help me or my uncle dying of cancer, what a shitty way to operate a business! Andrew didnt even want to take my contact information let alone book me an appointment. After asserting I would like a call back, he literally found the smallest sticky note to scribble my name and number on. Never heard back from him. Guess it must be grand to turn people away you don't want to help cause Franco's has all the business they want. Its too bad this is no longer the business that it is purported to be. Hopefully this saves somebody the let down of calling them or walking in to be turned away. I know it felt like a waste of my time to be turned away

By far the best shop in Kamloops. Friendliest staff around and great workmanship. I have been exceptionally happy with the service done to my vehicle every time I come here. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Kamloops area needing vehicle work done

We were passing through and were having transmission issues. Though they were not able to help us due to it being a Saturday and no availability of parts, the tech was very courteous, and offered what advice he could. They offered to get my truck in the shop to check it out, but were honest that they likely would not be able to fix it. We felt good about our experience there and this seemed like a place that I would confidently take my vehicle. In the end, heeding their advice, we managed to make it home.

100% Recommend this place. Andrew and Grant are extremely helpful with everything! Every repair, or quote I've got is reasonable, and the workmanship is incredible. They wash your vehicle too, which is really nice! They stand behind their work and are very easy to deal with. 10/10 would recommend and I will always be taking my business here!
