Reshma did an incredible job grooming my two cats and I also had a free exam for both of them due to a promotion they had going on for new clients! They have been friendly, kind, and worked around my budget, which has helped me out a lot. I would recommend their practice!

Thank you to Dr. Martinez and his wonderful staff for the care of my almost 2 year old hamster Milo! They were very thoughtful and thorough when we were dealing with his dentition and respiratory issues recently. Highly recommend if you need an exotic vet!

Dr. Bhatia and his team are caring and professional. Thank you so much for all the care, honesty, integrity, and knowledge that you share with us as owners. Dr. Bhatia saved my dog’s leg from being amputated. He has given nothing but love and compassion towards our animals. I trust Dr. Bhatia and Dr. Martinez as well as his pleasant staff. Excellent care for my cat Jade2 . The vet doc Bahatia and his team was very kind, gentle, and professional. Jade received great treatment, and her teeth cleaning was done carefully and thoroughly. I really appreciated how well they handled her and explained everything. Highly recommend.

We took our dog here recently due to an unexpected attack from another dog nearby. We showed up traumatized, in shock and barely comprehending what had just happened and were greeted with the utmost compassion and care. We’ve never felt this level of care at other veterinary hospitals, towards us or our dogs. Their staff even came in on their day off to be there for our surgery as time was not on our side. Not only did the doctor check in on us, but the team members individually called to check in on our post op care. They explained the surgery in great detail, as well as after care very thoroughly. They truly showed care in our dog and a few of them even got emotional with tears through our traumatizing experience. Dr Martinez, Sonam, Reshma, and Brittany, thank you for saving or beloved baby.

i was going to karen for years. she was the best. since i found they had new owners, i decided to take my cat to the vet by my house. no one informed me there was new owners, i found that on my own, but they did solicit my business under the old name. i thought it was strange as they did say they informed everyone. so i asked them to transfer the file over to the new vet. she told me theres a $45 transfer fee. i thought nothing of it and gave her my visa. they then charged $47.25 which i did NOT approve. later i told the new vet what they did and their jaw dropped. they told me they are NOT supposed to charge for transfering files. they did not say some places do and some dont, you just dont. and they use to work for karen who never took a fee. i called them they said they have a policy, too bad so sad. my business is with karen, they should be using her procedures if theyre going to use her name. i said its against the veterinary code of practice. they didnt care. luckily visa will be reversing the charges as soon as it moves from pending. especially since they charged me more than i authorized. if i cant trust these people with my credit card, how am i supposed to trust them with my cat??? sketchy, shady, unethical, avoid at all cost.
