Hailey has been my saviour since 2023! She is so fast, and so good at what she does, that you feel like you had an appointment hanging out with a friend! She’s hilarious and kind… but most of all never makes you feel anything but comfortable. All of the staff are amazing! Such a great environment at FoxyBox and Hailey deserves big kudos!

Since going to Foxy Box, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Carli at the front desk, who brings the warmest, most welcoming energy every single time. She makes the booking process completely effortless and truly sets such an incredible tone for the entire visit. I look forward to every appointment because of her incredible personality and warm welcome! Ayla has been doing my laser treatments, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable and calm even when you’re nervous. Her professionalism and reassurance make the whole process so much easier. I can’t recommend Foxy Box enough. The team goes above and beyond, and Carli and Ayla are absolute standouts

I have been having fantastic experiences at Foxy Box Nanaimo for almost three years now, getting various services done monthly. Alisha is an incredibly professional and caring esthetician who immediately made me feel comfortable and well looked after. She took the time to explain everything clearly and showed genuine care in her work. The location is great with easy, convenient parking, which makes the visit stress-free from the start. I also really appreciated the educational effort put into aftercare — Alisha made sure I understood how to care for my skin properly and why it matters, which speaks volumes about the level of service here. I honestly can’t recommend Shar enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The waxing was quick, thorough, and way less painful than one’s I’ve had elsewhere. She pays attention to detail, explains everything, and truly seems to care about your comfort and results. The salon was spotless and had such a calm, welcoming vibe. I absolutely love going to Foxy Box!! Friendly, clean, professional. There is always a welcoming face to greet you. They hold events throughout the year. Fun apparel and soothing products. There are candy treats too!! I saw Hailey today and she is amazing !!!! Thank you
