I was really pleased to see that this clinic offers services for disabled and immune-compromised individuals, with one day a month set aside for extra precautions against infections like air purifiers, N95 use, and other measures. As someone who has a loved one and a friend with cancer and severe immune deficiency it is refreshing to find places that still take precautions for people whose risks for illness are so high. I honestly wish more places would do this

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I went in for a tooth filling and asked three separate times—both the doctor and the receptionist—whether my insurance would fully cover the procedure. Each time, I was told it was covered and that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. The doctor even confirmed that he had already checked my insurance. However, immediately after the appointment, I was informed that my insurance only covered 80%, and I was required to pay the remaining 20% out of pocket. I had no choice but to pay at that moment. Also,shocking thing is the total cost for two fillings was $947, which is extremely high. If coverage was not 100%, this should have been clearly explained before starting the treatment. After raising my concern, the receptionist promised that the doctor would contact me, but I never received any call back. This shows a lack of accountability and poor communication. I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it.

I was referred to this dental clinic by a friend and went in for a cleaning. The total cost came to $600, which I already found extremely high for a basic cleaning. After reviewing my invoice, I noticed a $46 charge for individual oral hygiene instructions (15 minutes) but I never received any such guidance. On top of that, the cleaning was not even completed in one visit, and they asked me to come back again just to finish the cleaning. Charging such a high amount without completing the full service is very disappointing. Adding charges for services that were not provided feels unnecessary and misleading. Please check your invoices carefully if you visit this clinic, as extra charges may be added without proper explanation. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the pricing, and incomplete service.

Thanks Ginny for your patience and service. Her service was the only good thing about the whole experience. The doctor overcharged me about 5 others exams I never asked for, I only wanted to get a cleaning. Never coming back again.

Amazing energy and vibe! I had Ravinder helping me - I felt energized and comfortable during the whole process. Dr. Nishant took his time explaining hard concepts simply. They also do direct billing which is nice. Highly recommended and booked my second appointment already
