This is most thorough and effective physio office I've ever been to. They helped me rehab a shoulder dislocation in record time a year ago...and you'd never know I did it now. You have to put in the rehab work however, but they give you all the tools and guidance you need to fix whatever ails you. They're very goal oriented, in that they want to help you fix yourself long-term opposed to having you just feel better short term.

Very good first impression, professional with excellent knowledge of physio. Took my 6 year old daughter after she injured her ankle during gymnastics. Robbie made her feel comfortable and based on diagnostic's he was able to pint point the issue and come up with a plan for rehabilitation :)

Very in-depth assessment and finally feel that the root causes are being addressed for my son’s ongoing health/body pain struggles. This was be our 3rd physio experience and the most promising. Looking forward to working with Robbie and the staff at Fort Sport + Family Physio.

My doctor suggested I see a physiotherapist. I have to admit I was pretty sceptical on anyone improving my chronic mobility issues. At 78 I thought it’s just downhill from here. Blake drew the short straw and was allocated to my case. Within a short time of assessment and with simple home exercises I’m feeling quite confident for a brighter future of less pain and discomfort. I’m seeing Blake twice a week, holding myself accountable to press on. He has a quiet, focused manner and quickly determined best courses of action for improving mobility on my two hip replacements. I highly recommend Blake’s services.

Very welcoming, very professional on how they are treating patients needs. You’ll feeling comfortable and helped when in there. Got my knee injured from soccer and was not able to Walk at all, but after pay a visit to fort sport, I can walk now and be able to bend my leg. Try their service and you won’t regret.
