Paid $99.75 for 15 minutes assessment although I did not get any assessment but just heard she couldn't assess anything.

What a great experience I had visiting here, everyone was incredibly helpful, and the physiotherapist (who I forgot the name of) was very helpful. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and gave very good advice. I was a touch nervous however, the physio was very careful and gentle. My mom and brother have also visited this location before, reporting excellent customer service. Thank you guys for your help and exceptional customer service.

My first visit was with a massage therapist named Jordan, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. He seemed impatient and in a hurry. Although I booked a one-hour session, he only gave me 45 minutes, and his technique felt rough and rushed. On my second visit, I was treated by a therapist named Devin and I would give him 10 stars. He was very professional, skillful, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. Today, I had a session with another therapist, but I forgot her name. She is an Indian girl, who was just as amazing as Devin.

Nick is an exceptional physiotherapist! His deep knowledge and intuitive understanding of the body make it easy for him to pinpoint exactly what’s going on, whether it’s muscles, joints, or something more complex. The session was not only incredibly helpful but also a genuinely great experience. Highly recommended!

I've been going here since 2012. I cannot believe how fast the time has flown by. I have recently referred them to family and have been able to see lovely improvements in their office setting (updates). The staff and friendly service is awesome, as always! They treat you like you've been their client for a long time, even on day 1. Very professional, they listen to concerns, questions and comments about injury and treatment and assist you in any way possible. They are very transparent about what they are doing, and how this will help, etc. Very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do! Shout out to Angela! She's great at what she does!! I'd recommend this place to friends, family and seek treatment here again if needed. There's ample free parking and it's located in a quiet corner by the former Fort Richmond mall 💜
