Dr. Koh and his team have been amazing with our kids! He’s thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to walk us through exactly what to expect at every stage of braces. We never felt rushed, and he took time to answer all our questions. All of our appointments are usually right on time and run efficiently, which we really appreciate. I found the fees were very transparent and fair, and the staff were all very professional! We are thrilled with the end result! We’re very grateful for the care our kids have received from Dr. Koh and his team.

From start to finish (even during Christmas Break) Dr.Koh and their team have been exceptional! They are wonderful with my girl and we love how welcomed we feel when we are there. My daughter’s teeth/jaw structure have been completely transformed under the careful care provided by Dr.Koh! Thank you again!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. The staff were sometimes unprofessional and, at times, rude. The waiting times were excessively long and seemed unnecessary. Additionally, their services are very expensive, but they do not provide clear explanations or itemized breakdowns for these costs, and refused to send any cost details via email. When I attempted to cancel my deal, they imposed significant penalties without reasonable justification. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

I started my orthodontic treatment just over a year ago and I’m so happy with my experience! As someone who was a bit nervous about getting braces later in life, Dr.Koh made the whole process so much easier. From the get-go, the staff made me feel super comfortable, and Dr.Koh really took the time to explain multiple options for treatment and answered all my questions until we decided on a good option for me. The office is clean and modern, and I always felt like I was in good hands. My treatment is now finished and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Without Dr.Koh's knowledge, I never would have known about palatal expansion for adults. Not only does my smile look fantastic, I am even able to breathe better than before. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Koh and the entire team for their expertise and care throughout my treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic work. It’s been a life-changing experience, and I’m thrilled with my results.
