I can't express how wonderful GymStars has been for our daughter over the past several years! When our son, who was our daughter's very best friend in all the world, passed away, she became very anxious and really lost her natural confidence. When we signed her up at Foothills GymStars, she was so nervous. But Coach Karen was so welcoming, nurturing and encouraging that our daughter felt right at home. She has continued to grow and excel under the kindness and encouragement of the lovely team at GymStars and she is now full of confidence and can't wait to get to her training each day! We have seen such a huge, positive impact in her life and we are so thankful for GymStars, because the environment there is more like a family and the girls receive so much support and encouragement from each of the coaches. There are many gyms around, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find one with such an amazing environment and team. GymStars has been a huge blessing to our family and we highly recommend it!

Love that they have fridays for kids to come and play! The two lady’s who were running it were supppper friendly!

My daughter is loving the change!! We recently switched gyms as she was not enjoying her gymnastics experience. In 2 weeks, I have seen her strength, confidence and skill improve so much! She loves going, the girls are so fun, welcoming and friendly. Her coaches are amazing and so encouraging! I am completely happy that we decided to come here!!!

The staff is awesome and so nice, very knowledgeable and patient, absolutely know what they're doing. And the facility is super clean!
