I love the Foot Lounge and come here regularly when I need a fix. They have such great options to choose from - 30 minutes, 50 minutes and other add ons. They truly know the art of relaxation. The relaxing atmosphere and kind staff truly enhance the massage experience. Most recently I had 50 minute reflexology massage with Michelle who gently and attentively worked on my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and she was able to attend to my feet in such a soothing, pain free way. The soreness was gone for the evening. I felt so calmed and relaxed.

I just went there with my friend today and they did an amazing job! I forgot the names of the 2 ladies that gave us a superb service plus to mention their wonderful manager who made us feel relaxed and at home. Will definitely come back for a massage since all the stress in my shoulders and legs were gone! It went very smoothly and will definitely recommend this very accomodating place! Huge thanks to those two massage therapist!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve liked this shop before, and the receptionist was very friendly during this visit. But my massage therapist, Riko, was really unfriendly and unprofessional. I went late in the day and had already paid, including the tip, but she didn’t seem focused on the massage. During my 30-minute leg massage, the pressure often became too light or stopped. When I looked, she was wearing earphones and kept looking under the chair holding my feet. She would look down for several seconds at a time and even smiled a little. This happened many times. When I asked what she was looking at, she said she was checking the time. But the clock is on the wall, and if she was only checking the time, there’s no reason to look down so often or for so long. At the end, I also saw her pick up her phone from under the chair, which made me feel like she had been looking at her phone during the massage. After the massage, I wanted to talk to the receptionist, but Riko said there wasn’t anyone available. When I told her I felt she had been unfriendly, she just smiled and shook her head. Only after I reminded her that I had already paid the tip did she quietly say “I’m sorry,” but it didn’t feel sincere. She was wearing a mask, so I couldn’t hear what she said after that. I really liked this shop before, but this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously.

At the FOOT LOUNGE, it is always an amazing vibe and the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. The front desk Michelle and Ariel will always be accommodating, friendly, helpful and suggest if you want to try other packages, if you’d like you can purchase the 10x foot massage or also the 10x full body for some savings. They are great!!! Whenever I go to the Foot Lounge for a massage I always ask for Ariel the Masseuse she is phenomenal, exceptional and knowledge to leave you relaxed and refreshed, she can even go soft medium or hard if you like different strength massages and is great I would recommend and give her a try. We had an amazing experience at Foot Lounge on Kingsway! The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The place was also very clean, calm, and relaxing, which really added to the whole experience. The foot massage was incredible — super professional and exactly what we needed after a long week. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back with the gang next time! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a clean, respectful, and rejuvenating place to relax.
