I was referred to Alison Coupe by a friend of mine. I had rotator nerve issues, as well as extreme muscle tightness. This was from a bad fall on ice. I'll be honest, there is pain and discomfort from 2 to 5 days after. But it's like anything that works it sometimes makes you sore. Along with the ball exercise my tendons and muscles have started to work again to the point, I'm returning to work. Thank you Alison 😊
